STK ( from Anysys) uses a Licence server and local file to point to Server.
This would seem a perfect candidate for Automated App licence.
We are happy to package the application ourselves (as there are options)

I agree that would be useful, however that isn't how AAL works. It is actually a CAE that is included in the appset After Virtualization that writes the license information to the target machine, it just gets the information from a special temporary Environment variable that gets put down (one time only) and this contains the information that the CAE has to decode to extrapolate the license information, but it is the CAE that dictates the location the information gets written to.

Hi Kris, I agree, it sounds like this app can be Automated, however this is the first time I have heard of this app, so I am unsure how many of our customers would find it useful. I guess if other customers respond saying that it would be useful, then we would definitely reach out for source media and license information to create an AAL version.
