Add support for Nutanix AHV

Hi James. Yes I believe that is the main issue.

Hi everyone.
Is anyone able to share feedback on their experience with getting one of our existing appliance images running on Nutanix?
I'm aware that our images are currently lacking the required VirtIO drivers. Is that the main issue you are running into at the moment?

James McNab The truth is that we have no issues with AppsAnywhere running on Nutanix at the University of La Rioja. We carried out a migration from VMware, logged in as root, installed the required VirtIO packages, and everything is working well. The whole process was quite straightforward. What we do see as necessary is official support; from a technical standpoint, we understand that there are no issues at all.
If there is anything I can help with to validate the functionality, please let me know.

I can confirm if deployed to VMware first and migrate, i.e. using Nutanix Move and the customer account, it all works fine.
Issue is trying to deploy straight to Nutanix. James McNab after your comment on my community post I contacted AppsAnywhere support team, they advise Development team is looking in to this. Fingers crossed for a positive outcome. Thanks
