I have been asking whether we could integrate data between AppsAywhere and Servicenow which we use for everything else: incidents, licensing, a software catalogue and a request system. At the moment AppsAnywhere says "contact your IT Team" if you want something done, which doesn't demostrate Digital Maturity.

AppsAnywhere is where we launch software. So why not connect that directly with things AppsAnywhere does not do, which we use Servicenow for. We could reduce a lot of duplication of data and effort. I have been calling for this for years.
