List delivery methods

Delivery methods are often quite hidden. There are a lot of them, and knowing something like ‘how many Secure Download delivery methods do I have’ isn’t easy to work out.
Add a new ‘delivery methods’ screen which lists all delivery methods, the app they’re assigned to, and a few other key pieces of information.
We can click any one to go to it, or click on its app to go to that. More importantly, filter by type or OS compatibility, or has license, etc,
