Can you not use something like "curl ipinfo.io " to increase the resolution of the "System Access by Location" map?

Our InfoSec team utilise Splunk as a Unified reporting tool for multiple systems and services. Could we get documentation on how to integrate with Security, information, and event management tools such as Splunk?

From UK User Day: App usage stats (Popularity, location (physically), when an app was last used and along with high usage apps based on groups/depts) More pre-created reports (e.g which apps have never been launched?)

In Analytics and Reporting can it be possible identify all the parent apps that use a specific dependency? Using an example We have various java runtimes in our environment that apps have set as a dependency. E.g. this app that has OpenJDK 17.0.2 as a dependency. How would I find out what other apps use the same dependency? Ticket Number #35032 The aim here is reduce the spread of dependency versions ensuring that we’re as up-to-date and secure as possible and then to remove unused dependencies. Looking at the dependency itself, there’s nothing that indicates where it’s used.

We would like Analytics to be able to show user details and their individual run times for specific apps. By viewing the usage of a particular app (and it's users), the following fields in a report would assist with making informed decisions regarding software renewals/appropriate licensing: * App Desktop Name or ID * With a filter for usage in the past 12 months * Device Name * Username * Launch Date/Time * Total session Run Time Currently the data is incomplete as the Launches Explore can show the number of user launches and their devices, but unable to show how long a user used an app for. ie. if an app was not working properly you would have no way to show that in this report as it would show as launched but actual run times might only be seconds (so it would not be obvious that there was an issue). Similarly the Run Times Explore shows how long an app was used for but not who the users actually are (ie. we would want to filter out tech staff that are testing apps to determine actual and accurate usage of an app). Can you please provide this type of report? (Refer support case# 34366 for further details)

It would be useful to have access to a Recycle Bin on the Analytics "My Dasboards" area, to easily review and retrieve any tiles or Dashboards deleted in error

Where one has different versions of the same software it would be better to have a consolidated view rather than each name being shown. Makes it inefficient when trying to see the total usage of licences.

How often has a student not got a good enough machine?

Student Success - Student level (e.g have they ever launched AutoCad? How long has the student used a particular app for?), there might need be a need to include an improved privacy statement
